REGISTRATION FORMS



Marengo Academy's 2010-2011 school registration for the elementary and high school will be April 9th, from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. If you pay your registration fee on or before April 9th, you will get a $50.00 discount. The registration fee is $200.00.  There will not be an increase in tuition.

TUITION FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2010-2011
 
 
MEMBERSHIP FEE
  •    A one time Family Membership Fee of $500.00 must be paid for enrollment into Marengo Academy. This may be paid in one payment or in 12 monthly installments during the first year. This membership fee is due when a child enrolls in school.
 TUITION
  •     All tuition is payable for 12 months per year beginning July 1st of the upcoming school year. All registration for the upcoming year must be completed by July 1st.
 
PLEASE NOTE TUITION FOR GRADES K4 – 12 INCLUDES ALL FEES EXCEPT BOOK FEES.

PAYMENT METHODS
  •    MONTHLY PAYMENTS
o        You may sign a bank draft authorization form that will automatically deduct the said amount from your checking account each month. All bank drafts are dated the 5th.
o        You may have twelve monthly checks on file in the office. All checks are to be dated either the 5th or the 10th of each month from July through June.
 
  •    ANNUAL PAYMENT
o        Payment will be due by July 1st.
 
 

Kindergarten Registration 2009-2010
 
 
 
Requirements for the First Day of School for 4 And 5 Year Old Kindergarten Students
  • Age requirement: Child must be 4 or 5 years old before October 1st.
  • Copy of Birth Certificate
  • K-4 and K-5 Up to date Blue Immunization Slip
  • The Varicella Vaccine (chicken pox) must be included on your Blue Slip
  • Social Security Number (copy of original card)
  • All K-4 and K-5 students must be able to go to the restroom by themselves.
  • The above requirements must be met before a child enters Kindergarten.
