TUITION
**REVISED JUNE 2008**
Membership: A onetime $500.00 per family membership fee must be paid. This may be paid in one payment or in five annual installments. Membership is due when a child starts first grade.
All tuition is payable for 12 months per year beginning July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009. All registrations for the 2008-2009 school year must be completed by July 1, 2008.
Tuition: One Child $3080.00
(K-4 – 12) Two Children $4556.00
Three Children $5960.00*
Four Children $7328.00*
The above figure includes ALL fees except book fees for the 2008-2009 school year.
The following methods of payment for tuition can be used:
Monthly payments: Twelve monthly checks post dated and on file in the office. (Dated July 2008 through June 2009) All checks are to be dated either the 5th or the 10th of each month. You may also sign a bank draft authorization form that will automatically deduct the said amount from your checking account each month. All bank drafts are dated the 5th.
Quarterly payments: Four post dated checks on file in the office dated July, October, January, and April.
Semi-annual payments: One-half tuition paid July 2008 and half paid January 2009.
Annual payment: Due July 1, 2008.
If you have any questions concerning the methods of payment, please call the school at 334-295-4151 or come by the school office. Office hours in June and July are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 – 12:00 or by appointment if you cannot come by during these hours.
Admissions
All students admitted to Marengo Academy are a one-year probationary status. If the student presents repeated problems, is unable to achieve at a satisfactory level, or becomes a negative influence on other students, he/she will not be allowed to return to Marengo Academy or may be asked to leave during the school year.

Kindergarten Registration 2008-2009
Requirements for the First Day of School for 4 And 5 Year Old Kindergarten Students
- Age requirement: Child must be 4 or 5 years old before October 1st.
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- K-4 and K-5 Up to date Blue Immunization Slip
- The Varicella Vaccine (chicken pox) must be included on your Blue Slip
- Social Security Number (copy of original card)
- All K-4 and K-5 students must be able to go to the restroom by themselves.
- The above requirements must be met before a child enters Kindergarten.
